Tunisian Chicken Thighs

This crockpot/slow cooker recipe is super easy and has lots of flavor.

  • 2 pounds chicken thighs, boneless
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • ⅛ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 t cumin
  • 1/2 t cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Place chicken thighs in crock pot.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients until well blended.
  3. Pour over the thighs, and cook on low for about 6-7 hours.
  4. Serve over rice.

  • Cook: 5 Hours
